I have an administrative background and excellent accountancy skills which enables me to adapt well to a variety of clients and countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On a professional level, I have a Chef&#8217;s Diploma from Ashburton cookery school, where I passed with a distinction. I am classically trained having a solid background in French cuisine, having worked in France for many years. I have also cooked in Italy, Jordan, Iceland and Norway and have a good basic knowledge of a variety of world cuisines. Like most Chefs, I have a great love of traditional, tasty, classic dishes, but I am a capable of adding a wow factor when it is called for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am fully aware of allergens and hold a Chartered Institute of Environmental Health Certificate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I regularly enjoy stage placements and attend chef workshops to ensure that I&nbsp; keep up to date and to expand my knowledge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have taught at cookery schools in the U.K. and Europe as well as presenting cookery demonstrations and judging at food competitions.
