I love working with other chefs and learning about new techniques and methods. As a chef one can never stand still. I regularly attend evening courses and specialty weekends. I have completed cookery courses at the Petra Kitchen, Wadi Mousa Jordan, Enrica Rocca&#8217;s Cookery School in Venice, Fat Hen foraging in Cornwall. Rick Stein&#8217;s (whilst working there). I adore Indian cuisine and I\u00a0 have teamed up with a number of talented chefs to provide superb Indian buffets\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>I have taught at Fat Hen and \u00a0The Cookshack on the Isle of Man with the talented Georgie Revell as well as peniche&#8217;s in France. I can come to your home and together we can tailor teaching so that it fits in with your current skill set.
