As a chef I have spent a great deal of time attending and teaching at cookery schools. I love working with other chefs and learning about new techniques and methods. As a chef one can never stand still. I regularly attend evening courses and specialty weekends. I have completed cookery courses at the Petra Kitchen, Wadi Mousa Jordan, Enrica Rocca’s Cookery School in Venice, Fat Hen foraging in Cornwall. Rick Stein’s (whilst working there). I adore Indian cuisine and I have teamed up with a number of talented chefs to provide superb Indian buffets
I have taught at Fat Hen and The Cookshack on the Isle of Man with the talented Georgie Revell as well as peniche’s in France. I taught basic cookery skills at various night class courses in Cornwall.

I am available for private, one to one and small group tuition. I can come to your home and together we can tailor teaching so that it fits in with your current skill set. Cooking should be fun, but it can be hard work, because I have so many years of experience I can help you with short-cuts and hacks.
For those of you who wish to progress further we can concentrate on one subject like patisserie, vegan or gluten free menus.
